Shipping Information
Our shipping charge includes shipping and handling fees. We ship via FedEx Ground service for most orders and offer expedited options (Express Saver, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) as well. Shipping charges are added to your invoice at the time of shipment. 
Freight Services
Hot Shots is proud to extend our competitive shipping rates with many of the national freight companies for orders of a larger size. Some of the freight companies we work with are Conway Freight, FedEx Freight, Southeastern Freightliners, and UPS Freight/Overnite.
Backorders
Hot Shots does not automatically create backorders, however will will create and hold an order until the product arrives if requested. Customers are responsible for all freight costs on both regular orders and backorders.
International Orders
• Upon receipt of an international order, we will contact you via email within 24 hours to arrange shipping. We will provide you with 2-3 shipping options for your order so you can select an option that is best for you. Please remember to include your full shipping address (including postal code) to ensure the most accurate quote.
• Once you select a shipping option, we will ship your order as quickly as possible. We only travel to the post office once a week (Fridays only), so please keep this in mind if you require an expedited order. Shipping quotes and times are generated by the post office as estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Actually shipping charges and transit times may vary.
• If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please write your requests in the order comments box during checkout, and we will work with you to accommadate your shipping preferences.

Return Policy
Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt. If you notice any damage or shortages, leave the package(s) intact and contact us within 72 hours so that we can make the proper arrangements. We will be happy to file a damage claim with UPS or the applicable freight company and ship replacement product or issue a credit memo. Unfortunately, we are not able to file any claims for orders shipped via the US Postal Service. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, we glady accept returns of product and will issue credit for product returned in good condition, less any shipping expenses. If you would like to return product for any reason, please contact us first so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
